Thomas, I enjoyed your story so much. Congrats on your weight loss and on finding the love of your live. I am 19 days post op and have lost 40.5 lbs.

Thomas - What wonderful news! Your surgery has been life changing in all aspects - what a wonderful thing to happen! We (the entire AMOS family) would love to hear about your progress both with weight and your engagement. When one member has a happy event it is as though we all had the happy event too! You're looking great, dude. Congrats on your loss! Try cranking up the protein and see if it helps with the exhaustion...also exercise more. I find when I'm the most wiped out, if I force myself to work out, I feel sooo much better then I sleep like a baby. lol Good luck!
