Questions, questions, questions!! Has anyone had trouble with nagging pain at the base of your ribs. comes and goes. Not sure if it is related to the surgery or not. Feels almost like pulled muscles. Called surgeons office and they said if it continues would need to get a CT scan but hate to go through the scanner for something that is intermittent and not excruciating. Also went to the family doc yesterday. He was concerned that I haven't had any labs checked post-op. Surgeon checks at 6mo. Awaiting the results hope all is well made me start worrying. However, despite the intermittent pain at base of ribs I have felt great. Still having trouble getting in protiens and water but I am pushing them as much as possible. Have lost 42 pounds as of yesterday. From 321.6 pre-op to 279yesterday!!!!!! Size 26-28 no more, down to loose 24, tight 22 and loving it!!! I do wonder if I am losing too fast though, any comments would be helpful even though I am trying my best to eat. I am never hungry and have to remind myself to eat periodically.xethelx 21 years, 5 months ago
hello everyone, thanks for all of the wonderful words of encouragement. I never imagined i would even have a message, let alone all of these. Things have been going great. I am feeling wonderful. Went christmas shopping yesterday and felt good. I am finally gaining back my energy. My mile of walking is starting to get a little easier now. I am ready to be half of me!!!! Thanks again for all of your thoughts and hopefully someday I will get the time to find out more about all of you. This is a great site with lots of support I can tell already!!Newoma 21 years, 5 months ago
