Dear Peg~~~CONGRATULATIONS!!!! on your successful surgery. I was also concerned about not waking up--in fact that little prayer--please let me wake up---became my mantra. Keep strong. I hope your recovery is easy and complete. Be well, be happy, be blessed.

Had my surgery on 7-30 @ 8am. Was released today, 8-1 @1 pm. Even though I didn't tell anyone, I was really scared about not waking up from surgery, But I did wake up and can now get on with my life. Doing things I never thought possible, like waiting for my portion of the bills :) Thanks for all your emails and prayers. Will post pics soon Peggy Wilson Open Rny 7-30-02 324/Who knows what now..they didn't weigh me before I left the hopsital...Silly me for not asking them to. I JUST WANTED OUT!!!

HI PEG!!! I am sure you are getting very excited/nervous. I can tell you at 4 months post-op (70 lbs gone) I have NO REGRETS, except not having it done sooner. I am in Hastings so if you want someone local to talk to I am here. 945-3502. Chris
