I was hesitant to have weight loss surgery. I thought the process would be too difficult to complete but with the help of WLIA it was very simple. Dr. Orris and dietitian Mike were great at making sure I understood everything and that I would be successful with the lap-band.

Dr. Orris Will be doing my surgery later this year. I have found have a great office team with a support system available including Mike a nutritionist. I am very excited to be on this road with a great team.

I will STRONGLY recommend Dr Michael J. Orris to anyone who intends to have Lap-band surgery! He and his staff made me feel at ease as i was overwhelmed from the start. He is an outstanding surgeon with an impeccable staff! And it's easy to see that he really cares about his patients. I DO NOT LIKE surprises such as hidden costs, and or procedures! Dr. Orris thus far has saved my wife and I thousands of dollars, In fact "I've never been treated better"!

I am prepping for sleeve surgery. The staff supporting Dr. Orris is phenomenal. They are friendly, reassuring and answer all of my questions. I am a list maker and get ahead of myself. They have been very patient and understanding of my excitement. The nutritionist has conducted a support group that I attended. It was very helpful in explaining which foods pack the most nutrition so you get the most value out of what you eat. I am nearing completion of my month 1 preoperative diet and cannot wait until my next office visit. I choose WLIA because of the lifetime support that is provided by the staff. My experience was wonderful. The staff was great. I was talked through everything that needed to take place for me to have this procedure done. I'm looking forward. In 6 month this will happen.

dr. orris, and the entire staff at wliza was and still are amazing. they work with you on every stage of the experience from start to finish.they are always available when you need anything and try the best they can to help you. i am 9 months post surgery and have lost 100 pounds, thank you dr. orris and every one at arizona weight loss institute.

Dr Orris is a great surgeon. WLIA is a great place, they take great care of all of their patients.

I saw an advertisement for WLIA and felt it was time to consider this option. I was very impressed with the comprehensive program they offer, it's more than a surgery and you're on your own, there is a nutritionist, a consult with a Exercise Physiologist, monthly support group meeting, FB and online resources as well as a very friendly and supportive staff. I felt their financial options were very reasonable and over all I'm very impressed with WLIA. Dr. Orris was personable and answered questions without making me feel like he was in a rush. I felt well informed and in capable hands. After researching Dr. Orris' extensive experience in bariatric surgery and health issues with weight make me feel confident that I'm in the best hands possible.
