I have known of Dr. Stowers for several years through my work for the local school district. I liked his family before I got to know him. My husband had 2 procedures done as an out patient and we were very pleased with their outcomes. Basically I already liked my surgeron( to be )even before I met him. Everytime I had an office visit with him he was very prompt always a GOLD star from a patient. He always took time to talk with me as well as the stuff all doctors do. He was Most patient with my lovely insurance company!!!!!!rnHis office staff was GREAT!!!!! If they have as much trouble with all their patients insurance I don't have a clue how they do their jobs everyday.rnDr. Stowers and Fit-N-Wise Bariatric Solutions have a very structured pre, during and post surgery program.rnYes, he was very careful to address the risks of the surgery.rnMy rating of Dr. Stowers and all the people who work with and for him is 99. I think our Lord and Savior is the only person who ever earned 100% rating.

Dr. Stowers has been my surgeon for 10 years. He has preformed other procedures over the years. When I found out he had starting preforming the lap band I asked about the procedure. I had been struggling with my weight for years. It has only been a little over 2 weeks since my surgery and already I'm off my blood pressure medicine. This tool has given me a new lease on life. The surgery was very easy to recover from. He is an excellent surgeon and person. He cares about your health and his staff is the best. He insists on the aftercare programs and followups. I feel that everyone is invested in my success. I can't wait to see where I will be in a year. How would I rate Dr Stowers he is a number 1 super Doctor. Just to let you know I live in Ft Worth Texas and it is worth the drive to have the type of care given by this Surgeon. I can't say enough and Thank him enough.
