Glen Moore Bariatric Surgeon M.D., F.A.C.S.

My first impression of Dr Moore was that he cared about me and wanted to help me through this. He took his time during our first appointment asking all the questions he needed to and then asked me if I had any questions, listened closely and answered clearly. His office staff is the best! They are always happy and courteous. I have no complaints about Dr Moore or his staff. Dr. Moore addressed all risks of this surgery to me and made sure I understood them. He did not try to sugar-coat it at all, which is good. People need to know all the risks to make their decision. Dr. Moore has a structured aftercare program which includes montly support group meetings and a professional nutritionist. I would rate Dr Moore a 10 out of 10. Both his surgical competence and bedside manner are great! Rock on!!

My first impression of Dr. Moore is that he really understood how hard it is to loose the weight. And how knowledgeable he was about WLS versus weight loss program. The staff is the best I have ever seen in a medical profession. At the hospital he came and saw me twice a day. The staff members John and Melodye also visited me in the hospital. I would rate this staff as a 10.

I have only met with Dr. Moore for my consult and I felt like he really cared about me and was patient with me and answered all my questions. I think hes office staff are wonderful people and the people at Harbour View weightloss.I would recommend him to anyone. I think he is the best and I have only consulted with him. I am glad that he will be handling my surgery.(just waiting on approval from insurance)

My first impression of Dr. Moore was that he is very caring and layed back , yet very serious about his work and each individual patient and thier individual needs and concerns. He and his nurses/staff have all been absolutely wonderful. Very caring and understanding. They really take as much time as needed to make you comfortable and do thier best to assure your safety and health. His bed side manor was great, as well as his surgical competence. The nurses/sisters in the hospital were just as nice and caring. I would have to rate Dr. Moore an over-all 10+ on a 1-10 scale for everything! I could not have made a better choice and put my life and future, as well as the future of my children in the hands of a better man/surgeon. dr moore is a very kind and gentle dr i have never had a dr like him. im from out of country canada. they treated me like a queen. melody helped me get there with all the tests and paperwork stuff. she is a angel. the hospital was small so the care was so much better . lisa is my food police. she cares so much what you put in your pouch shes my gaurdian angel and johns who works with lisa is the enforcer if lisa dont get ya john will . i had a good time i cant believe im saying that but is was , they well allways be a part of my life

Very nice and down to earth. Office staff is helpful and courteous. He seems caring and very positive. The team is all into aftercare. Very structured. Risks are addressed very well. Everything about this surgery team was excellent. I truly have nothing negative to say about him or the staff.

I first met Dr. Moore at the new patient intake seminar. I was very impressed with him as well as with the staff that was there. Dr. Moore was very knowledgeable and did not try to "sugar coat" the WLS experience. He explained that there are great rewards from having surgery and then there can be some risk as well. All in all Dr. Moore really put me at ease.

He's funny, rather soft spoken, easy to talk to, has a great bedside manner, and made me feel very at ease.

Dr. Glen Moore is a really cool, extremely nice, knowledgable physician. You can quickly tell that he cares about his patients, and I feel 100% safe with him doing the surgery.

This office is just as interested in your aftercare -- and insuring you continue to heal emotionally as well as physically during the process. They have wonderful support meetings monthly, and the doctors attend them with you. Very cool!
