I am a new patient of Dr R. Bonnor. I have interviewed with him earlier on about surgeries that I was told I had to have. When I found Dr. Bonnor it was during my search for surgeons with a good track record in Gall Bladder Removal. Dr Bonnor not only showed to be an excellent candidate for that procedure, but there is much to be said about his ability to help people lose weight. This has been a concern for me as well with all of the new developments of HBP and higher sugar levels. I wish I could have the sleeve done when I have my Gall Bladder surgery, However I was unable to come up with the money for it because my insurance wont cover it. I hope to be able to get healed as soon as possible so I can return to work abroad so I can come back to him for weight loss procedure...

I would highly recommend Dr. Bonnor for anyone considering weight loss surgery. He is very knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. He will address all your questions and concerns to ensure you are making the best decision for a new healthy you! His staff is amazing too. They are very prompt, professional, and they add a personable touch. If I had it to do all over again, I would not consider any other doctor!!!

I had a bypass it was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. After being over weight for 20 years . My experience with Dr. Bonnor and his staff they are wonderful always available to answer questions . I would refer Dr. Bonnor to anyone that is thinking of having any weight loss surgery my experience with them was absulutely wonderful. Had surgery on Aug 15th, and today I am almost 60 lbs lighter! I had done the lapband with another doctor prior to meeting Dr. Bonnor, and when that doctor retired, he referred me to this practice. I later had complications from that lapband, and Dr. Bonnor had to do an emergency removal. That surgery went extremely well. Well, I regained all of the weight initially lost with the lapband, and decided to pay Dr. Bonnor another visit to discuss a revision from the lapband. Dr. Bonnor gave me all of the facts, especially regarding the possible things that could go wrong, but assured me he was that best! I did it, and although I had some issues initially as a result of having so much scar tissue from previous surgeries, Dr. Bonnor took exceptional care of me. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is considering the weight loss surgery. He is the type of doctor who takes pride in his work, and sincerely cares about his patients. I am extremely grateful to have him as my doctor and recommend him highly! He is indeed the BEST!!!!!

I have struggled with obesity for the majority of my life. At the age of 29 I decided to do something about it. I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Ricardo Bonner and started my life changing experience. Dr. Bonner and his staff are great people. I had my surgery on February 12, 2012 and 9 months later I am 100+ pounds down and closer to my weight goal. I would recommend anyone who has a problem with weight to take full advantage of weight loss surgery.

I have had an excellent experience in my journey with Dr. Bonnor. He has always been straightforward with me and given me all the information I need. He is a very knowledgeable and competent doctor. My surgery could not have gone any smoother and recovery was much easier than I had expected. I was out of the hospital the very next day and back to work within a week. I am a teacher and Dr. Bonnor and his staff have accommodated me by having all of my appointments during summer, holidays or Saturdays so I never had to miss a day of work. In the first three months after surgery I have lost 74 pounds and am now able to quit using my blood pressure and cholesterol meds. My BP this morning at my check up was 127/74!! I would recommend him to anyone.

My experience has been great. Dr. Bonnor and his staff has been great. The office staff handled all my insurance questions and needs. Dr. Bonnor has been wonderful in informing me of the steps and risk of surgery. It has been about two weeks since my surgery and I have not had any problems. I would recommend any one to him and staff.

Dr Bonnor is an amazing dr who really encourages you as you go through the process of losing weight. Many people do not understand how much weight loss surgery changes your life and the mental changes that encompasses and Dr. Bonnor is there to help with the transition. I felt prepared going into the surgery. I had lap band so the fills were done over a period of time and I never felt I was given a "fill" to soon. He was conservative in his approach to "fills" so that I had learned to change my habits as I was receiving them. I would recommend Dr. Bonnor to anyone who is considering bariatric surgery. You will find a great support group not only with him but with his staff as well.
