Good Samaritan Hospital

This is a great experience if you need to go to have something done or if you are sick because I know that there are caring people there.

I could not have hoped for a more pleasant hospital experience.

The nursing staff was wonderful!

I felt that the radiology staff need patient sensitivity lessons. I was 1 day post-op and had to have yet another test, but was never told that I had to stay for 3 hours on this narrow gurney in a hallway and staff was acting as if noone was there. In general physicians, nursing and dietary staff were excellent in their approach and care of the overweight patient.

Clean, attentive staff. Generally good service.

I enjoyed my stay at Good Sam Hospital. The entire staff were some of the most friendliest people I've ever met. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, HOWEVER I DID NOT SEE THE SAME NURSE OVER 6 SHIFTS. THE BEDS WERE A BIT SMALL FOR TALL PEOPLE, I'M 6'1'' AND MY ANKLES HUNG OVER THE EDGE

The day and night staff were both very accommodating. If I needed any pain medication, I received it in less than 10 minutes, and only needed to ring the call bell once. They checked in on me frequently. The staff on the 4th floor are exceptional.

some nurses were nicer/more sensitive than others, but that is to be expected. overall had an exc experience
