Went into the ED about 8 months post-op from my Roux en y Gastric Bypass (2013) with some minor (with severe pangs) abdominal pain, that was persistent for a few days. My surgeon, Dr. Matthew Davidson, was on vacation at the time, and Dr. Rosenberger was the surgeon working that day. After CAT scans and several other tests, "nothing" was showing, but I knew (and so did Dr. Rosenberger) something wasn't right, and was taken in for exploratory surgery that evening. Dr. Rosenberger found two internal hernia's, one at my Y, and one in my bowel, that was close to bursting. He fixed me all up, and I've had no problems since. Had he not taken the time to be so thorough, I don't want to think of what could have happened. He could have read the test results and said that "all was fine, everything looks good" but he didn't. I am very thankful for Dr. Rosenberger, and was glad that with my surgeon on vacation, that I was in great hands. Thank you Dr. Rosenberger.

The hospital was very clean, and the staff was wonderful. The best hospital stay I've ever had.
