The staff at NYU are an outstanding group of individuals I felt comfortable thru the whole process as well as well informed EVERYTHING was explained with understanding and compassion I even had an opportunity to have tea with my nurses lol they go beyond their duties to ensure their patients are comfortable I thank then so much for all the kind words, reassurance, and warm and friendly smiles and demeanor! I would recommend this hospital to anyone looking towards any type of surgical procedures!

I really enjoyed almost every aspect of my stay at this hospital except for the residents refusal to help me with my pain and the fact that it took them 2 days to change my medication to something that would work. But the nurses were top notch best i have ever seen. They saw it to it that they did their best to help me be more comfortable and as pain free as possible lol if that is even possible. But when i told one of the residents that i had extreme burning searing electrical pain in my left leg they asked me what did i want them to do. But thank god for the nurses they were the only saving point for this hospital. And also Dr. Ren who really knows her stuff and was wonderful through the whole experience

I was very satisfied witht he care I received. My RNs were receptive to my needs and helped make my stay as comfortable as possible. Some of the assistants could have used a little more customer training, but overall an excellent experience.
