The center was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The restriction against kids under 12 makes sense but it made my hospital stay much more difficult to arrange as I have kids slightly younger than 12 who could never come in at all.

I wrote many notes about my visit and plan to come back and write a very clear and concise statement on my experience. I was never so glad to leave a hospital because I felt the staff acted as if they were just there to do a job and didn't care about your comfort and happiness during your stay.

the Nurses assistant didn't help as much as I needed.. getting up and down was hard and almost unbearable without help .. but she was small and probably afraid i would break her.

I didn't like that I had to sneak and bathe myself because the nurses didn't know that it was okay for me to bathe. If left up to them, I would be very tart. They also woke me up almost every hour or 2. It was hard for me to rest.

It would have been nice to have a private room before and after the surgery, even though I didn't stay the night. I felt like I had no privacy changing clothes.

This is a terrific facility that I would recommend to anyone. The facility was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and polite. They made me feel very comfortable and was there when every I needed them.
