The Hospital Staff was there for me! I needed two surguries with-in two weeks of each other, and they were right on top of everything including the insurance hassles!

I have not a single complaint about the hospital. It was fantastic and the nurses are top notch!

They are used to bariatric patients there and have a system that really works for them. I am used to much bigger facilities, Satori is very SMALL. However, they specialize in this surgery and I really had excellent care.

I was very happy with my stay at Sartori. My second time back in I did get a set of nurses that were terriable, so I was glad to see the shift switch that day.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Staff was great- from the CNA, nurses to the lab techs- everyone was sensitive and understanding. The only negative was that there was not hot food available for my family in the evenings or on the weekend, so they had to leave the hospital to eat.

I received excellent care. The staff was all very caring and helpful. They bent over backwards to accomodate my needs. There are a couple of nurses on staff who have had WLS and were able to talk with me regarding concerns and their own experiences. This was a great hospital experience.
