Sue if amazing, very supportive, helpful with resourses, open to ideas, she wrote my letter of medical nessesity the same day, and done the 6 month weightloss chart the same day, then faxed it all in to the surgeion that afternoon. Smiling the whole time. Wonderful, friendly, I just love her.
