Armando Soto Plastic Surgeon M.D.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Armando Soto, his staff and surgery facility. He is a caring, skilled surgeon who listens to your wants and tries to make them a reality.

Note: I’d lost almost two hundred pounds so I had a lot of excess skin plus elasticity issues. Also, I interviewed four doctors in Central Florida and spoke to some of their former patients prior to finding Dr. Soto.

I've had two surgeries with Dr. Soto. First, I had a lower body lift. Dr. Soto has a lot of practical experience in doing lower body lifts. I am very happy with the results – my stomach, buttocks; belly button outer thighs look great. He was even able to remove scars from two prior stomach surgeries. I stayed overnight in his surgery facility. This is major surgery but my recovery and follow-up care went well.

Next, I had an arm lift and inner thigh lift done during the same procedure. Recovery from these procedures was a piece-of-cake compared to the lower body lift. My incisions are neat and the scars are healing well. My legs look good even though I had little skin elasticity.

When interviewing other surgeons and their former patients I asked a lot of questions. These surgeons had little to no practical experience in doing lower body lifts even though their web sites stated they did the procedure. They were not receptive to combining procedures. One was so negative, make that repulsed, by my excess skin that I left his office in tears. Two of the surgeons handled tummy tucks by leaving a large vertical incision/scar on your stomach.
