Dr. Yoak made my visit very pleasant. He made me feel as if I was a small person instead of obese. When he made my pictures I was embarrassed but he made me feel so comfortable. I feel he does all he possibly can for all his patients but especially the obese.I had my panni/hernia repair on March 10 and I went into this surgery with all the confidence in Dr. Yoak. He is a very professional and caring doctor. The surgery was less painful than my open RNY and the recovery period was easier. I had 2 drains and lots of stitches but they were all out in 2 weeks and I feel like a brand new person. The stitches are all the same size and Dr. Yoak took all kinds of time with me explaining the pain I should expect and the recovery period at home. I had no surprises and never felt the least worried about the procedure. Thanks Dr. Yoak for the beautiful job.
