Precious Dork Doll ..

Dr. Belissary is very personable and easy to talk to. Always has a smile on her face and I've enjoyed my visits with her. She didn't question me when I wanted to know more about the surgery and is very supportive. The only problem was their scale only goes up to 350 pounds so I wasn't able to get weighed the first time I went there. Kind of embarassing.

Dr. B is a wonderful woman, very openminded and pragmatic. She is so WLS friendly she had to "convince" me to say yes to this surgery. She asked me once why I kept denying myself this chance at a happy life...and I responded with I know if I do this and it is successful..I will have an affair and/or destroy my marriage. Her response to me was "Jeannie, having an affair and/or a divorce is not a good enough reason to die young". I signed on the dotted line and the rest is history. She is very proud of me and holds me up as one of her most successful patients. Bless her heart.
