He is an excellent physician. He really cares about his patients' needs and emotions. He listened to my concerns about my weight and gave me options and alternatives to surgery. When I made it clear that I wanted to have the surgery, he supported me and said he would whatever he had to do to help me. It is clear to me that he wants to help the obese. He would prefer that the patient try to lose it with diet and exercise, but he understands that sometimes that is no longer a realistic option. He understands the value of the gastric bypass and lapband procedures.
