I got the chocolate flavour and mix it with 1% milk and add ice cubes. It's not really thick and the taste is pretty good.

Love this stuff! Used it for 3.5 months pre-op as a replacement for my usual breakfast feast (too much cereal!), and have continued to use it post-op 3x a day for my protein.

This stuff is great! I was instructed by my surgeon's program to add protein whey powder into my Carnation Instant Breakfast drinks for the added protein content during my 2 week pre op liquid diet. I bought the Vanilla flavored EAS 100% whey protein, and add it into the Chocolate flavored Carnation Instant Breakfast. I mix up a large batch and pour into recycled water bottles and put in the fridge for the day. When I need one, I just shake shake shake and drink.. and it tastes even better than a just made shake! This stuff is even good on it's own (without the Carnation Instant Breakfast).

Not as sweet as I would have liked, but definitely tolerable as a protein shake. Mixed smooth in my Magic Bullet.

Dissolves well.. don't mix with hot liquid.. tastes just as good as the GNC Whey Protein but is cheaper and has 3 more grams of protein

Best protein shake I have ever tasted. I love it! It can reach my 60 grams of protein intake easily with this protein shake. Tastes great mixed with skim milk. 8 oz of skim milk with 2 scoops of powder gives you 54 grams of protein. I drink this over the course of the day. Tastes great!
