I drink the EAS Advant Edge ready to drink shakes every day first thing in the morning!They are great! 15 grams of protein. I have trouble with some whey protein drinks but this one works great for me!

Great for Pre-op Liquid Diet too, I started this 10 days before surgery and it helped curb my cravings. This Flavor is excellent in coffee too, used it as my creamer.

It is palatable. Tastes like a vanilla shake, kinda. Make this your last choice from the EAS shakes.

I tried really hard to get this down. It tasted like cake mix to me. I guess some may like it, but I could not tolerate it at all.

I hav tasted all the flavors or the EAS High protein Low Carb drinks and I simply like French Vanilla the best. While all of them are palitable...the vanilla has a more "natural" taste and is not nearly as "thick" as the strawbery or fudge. I keep them in the refrigerator and drink them over ice with sweetner. I is perfect for post ops and also really fills that daily protein requirement. They are a bit spendy but obviously...one, will be sufficient as a meal....so less than $1.50 each.
