This is really good mixed w/Vanilla Soy Milk. Promise you it's not chalky or lumpy when done in a blender. I have also mixed it w/water - not too bad either.

After trying many others, I really like the taste of this. It's like a banana milkshake. Just make sure to mix well and drink it very cold. I have noticed having more energy too.
