This was my first foray into to protein supplememnts for post op use. This was supposedly the best product out there. Sure is expensive. I only used it for 2 weeks because the aftertaste is so bad. Like drinking rotten eggg whites. I took it back to GNC for a full refund.

A bit pricey, but its my favorite chocolate flavored protein powder. It mixes with a spoon, so it isn't as frothy, and is very very smooth. The choclate flavor is very mild, reminds me of choclate milk.

I have one shake per day at a whopping 50 grams of protein!Makes the price justifiable.

This has 210 calories and 50 grams per serving and can be mixed with water. It is very good tasting to me. I only use 1/2 the serving at a time so I am getting 105 calories and 25 g of protein. It is best mixed with ice cold water. Sometimes I will add a packet of Sweet N Low. It tastes fine without sweetener also.
