I ordered both the chocolate and the cookies and cream to use during my low-carb pre-surgery prep. Amazing flavor! I was really pleasantly surprised. And at 23 g of protein and only 3-5 g carbs per serving, it packs a low-carb/high-protein wallop! Each bag is huge; at 70-72 servings per bag, that makes each serving about .50 cents each. Not bad! I am certain to have enough come post-surgery. For orders over a certain amount, you're entitled to a free gift. I picked a shaker that's very durable and works really well. All in all, a great purchase and I'll be returning to them in the future I'm sure.

25 gm protein, 130 calories. Tried it with skim milk. I like the little cookie pieces. I had a half serving sample. It was pretty good but it would have been too sweet to drink a full serving.

For a 5-lb bag, excellent value, best tasting protein mix yet. Not sure if the itty-bitty cookie pieces are acceptable when on liquid-only-phase.

This drink is delicious. I followed the directions the first time I had it and mixed it with water. Surprisingly it was very tasty--just too thin for my tastes. I will mix it with my Lacataid and some ice to make a wonderful shake. It even has little bits of chocolate cookie in it!

Absolutely the BEST protein anywhere! 23 grams per serving, it has small cookie bits in the shake and it has taken me two years to find a protein I LOVE. Matrix Cookies & Cream is the bomb! One 5 lb bag, gives you 72 shakes. I can drink this all day!
