Kim Delamont Professional NP

Kim Delamont is the Director of Bariatrics for the Rose Center for Bariatrics at the award-winning Rose Medical Center. She has worked as a Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years and has been the NP at the Rose Center for Bariatrics for the last 10 years. In her current role as Director of Bariatrics, she coordinates all activities, oversees daily clinical operations, and manages patient interactions and coordinating with surgeons and staff. She provides and coordinates patient and staff education for the Bariatric program, along with many other duties. Throughout your hospital stay she will check in on you, and will coordinate your surgical and medical care. Kim believes an important part of the bariatric process is the education and support a patient receives before and after surgery. She encourages patients to begin this lifestyle transformation process as soon as they have decided to have surgery. Taking advantage of the education and support offered provides a huge advantage to those undergoing surgery. Often, she collaborates with other departments at Rose Medical Center to build more interactive support programs and services for patients.
