A Better Jennifer .

Excellent listener. Asked pertinent questions. Was able to offer suggestions and explanations on my medication and conditions that I'd never had before (and needed). Interested in me as a whole, not just as a potential WLS patient. Offered to "be there" for me in the future for any psychiatric needs that I might have.
