6 Month Update

Hello all. Yesterday I had my 6 month post op checkup. I have lost a total of 76.5 lbs which is 50% of my excess weight. My dr said I am doing terrific. I was hoping to be under 200 lbs by now but I am happy with what I have lost so far. I know I am not finished losing and I will be under 200 soon. Thanks for listening,

Whoo-hoo! I know it seems slow Kimmie but you are doing great! I am so happy for you. It seems like you are really starting to embrace that "can do" attitude that we all need to be lifetime loosers! I can't wait to see the updated photos minus the shiner!
