You have done just awesome with your weight loss!!

You should toot your horn, I know I would!!!

You must be so proud that you reached your goal within the one year period!!!! I still have another 20 pounds to lose. I seem to have come to a complete halt with my weight loss. I know that I'm still losing inches, but the scale is not recognizing it.

Topic: 170.6 pounds gone in a year and 5 days

I finally made my personal goal of 199.4 thats 170.6lbs gone in just a year, well a year and 5 days, Im SO excited that Im where I am today. I feel good and just so happy I made the descision to do this. I have so many new clothes and new shoes..even high heels, I LOVE wearing high heels now..hehehe I never thought I would be able to do that. I feel so lucky. I still have a hard time with dealing sometimes with all the talk about how different I look, I just dont see it. Im hoping that my mind will catch up with me sometime soon. I have a consult with a plastic surgeon on the 15th of February, Im looking forward to that. Well I just needed to toot my own horn. Thanks for listening Tess 370/199.4/???
