It has been a wild ride! I went to Dr. Snyder's office yesterday for the official 1 year weigh in. I am 9 pounds from his goal and 19 pounds from mine. Who would of thought?!? I remember being thrilled at a 5 pound loss, only to be depressed by it's following 10 pound gain. I do not miss the being out of breath all the time and always being hot! I like to shop for clothes now, it is no longer just a necessity. I like being hugged and do not feel fat all the time. Any regrets? NEVER! I would do this again in a heartbeat, only sooner!
