What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Good Afternoon ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Today I went Mothers Day shopping for my mom, friends and secret pal. Then came home and did laundry. Whatcha do today?
Here's my menu....
B~Protein Shake
L~Two slices of deli ham and 1 slice of cheese.. rolled up.
D~Leftovers from last night dinner.. Baked turkey and steamed cabbage
Water: 35 oz so far
Exercise: Shopping and 30 minute walk
Vitamins: Done!

I had a drink last night and am truly lagging.
Why oh why do I do these things!
Anyway, that's why the menu below:
B: Water
S: Water
L: Picked the grilled chicken (maybe 2 oz worth) off of a chinese chicken salad, along with some lettuce and about 2 of the won ton strip thingies they put on there.
S: Profect protein drink - washed down with more water
D: Not sure - probably chicken
Water: Decent, but I feel like I have just made up for the dehydration from drinking last night so have to do better
Vitamins: I forgot my baggie that contains my weekly work supply at home. Will have to play catch up
Exercise: Have plans with my workout buddy to go to her house and use the treadmill and perhaps do one of her exercise videos together. I LOVE my friend - she is so supportive (she is really active and runs marathons and is so happy for me).

I did ok today I guess, I need to get back on track,m I know I am not eating enough to keep a half dead man alive!!!
B-nothing
L-chilito with mexican rice....carne asada in chili sauce.
D-a little more mexican rice, about 4 bites
S-some s/f pudding with protein powder added.
water about 46 oz so far and still sipping.
vitamins before bed

B: 1/2 protein bar, then later AchievOne Cappucino
S: a few nuts
L: 1/2 cup Taco Soup
S: 1/2 oz. beef jerky and a few more nuts
D: chicken/spinach/pine nut/carrot stir fry (weird concoction, but it's the veggies I had)
S: 1/2 c SF pudding w/ protein powder in it
Water: 72 oz.
Vitamins: done
Protein: done

It sounds like you had a nice afternoon.
I hung out with Grace, we went to the hardware store, bought some indoor and outdoor ant poison, set forth to do some killing of those drastardly creatures and played. Then sis & I went to the Y. DH came home from work, we had dinner and then DH & I sent back to the Y.
B - protein latte
L - 2 crab cakes - YES TWO and I was NOT full
D - Chicken
S - Triscuit
Fluid - about 50 ish
Exercise 45 min elliptical & 30 min weights
Vitamins - need to do my calcium, I'll go take a swig right now.
