Hello Ladies. How is everyone today? I'm good. I am going out for a while so I'm posting a little early. I just got home and read all the drama that happened on the board this afternoon. I am Amazed at all the people leaving over this. If people left everytime someone else says something that they don't agree with, this board would be empty. I'm not leaving because of what someone esle said. I refuse to cut off my source of support because of a little drama. Drama is everyone.. I cant run from it! I need this board for support!!! This board is my favorite board. Everyone here is so supportive. Although, I may not agree with everyones opinions, I respect them. This is a place where we should be able to express our feelings without being judged and have outbreaks like this. I was very excited about the reunion in Jan but I see that it is off. I hate that it ended like this. Anyway I am going to continue to post this everyday... Hi Kay!!!! thanks for posting this, I may not post to it everyday but I do check out what other people are doing for ideas. B: Protein Shake S: nothing L: the insides of a turkey sandwich S: a mini snickers bar and a mini milkyway. they were the bite sized bars. D: maybe an egg scrambled with cheese S: hopefully nothing For Protein I'm drinking an isopure Water: Okay Exercise: tonight at the gym babeee!!! Vitamins: i took my iron, my multi is next. Dana

Its been FOREVER since I posted my daily food intake... but I am glad that I happened to log on right now... I need to start logging my food... I think it makes me stay on track. Heres what I have had: B: Nothing S: Guilt Free No-Sugar-Added Icecream bar (each bar has 100 cals, 4 prot) L: about 1 oz chicken, 1 oz reduced fat mozz cheese and 1/3 low carb tortilla with a tsp of salsa- kinda made a little quesadilla type thing. F: 10 oz Peach Propell F: 1 scoop Fuzzy Navel Nectar Protien mixed with 8 oz water PLAN TO HAVE: some sort of protein bar for dinner and another nectar drink. TOTALS (estimates- including the planned food): Cals: roughly 600? Fat: no clue Carbs: 30-40ish Protein: roughly 70g I havent excersied in ages and dont plan on it today. I am sure I will have consumed enough fluids by days end... about 60 oz.

Hi Kay! I'm here for ya chickadee B- Carb Countdown Choco Milk L- some Wheat Chex and milk S- ? D- probably some beef from the crock pot this weekend Ex- nada, been glued to the screen! Water- 35 oz so far Vita- not yet

B: 4 ounces lite OJ (took meds) S: cupcake, bite of brownie with frosting L: chocolate covered marshmallow S: two bites of cheese, several wheat thins toasted chips D: Diet Dr. Pepper Exercise: None (swollen, wrapped foot due to fractured toe) Water: None. Can of Diet Dr. Pepper, half cup of coffee (NOT decaf) Vitamins: B12 taken with morning meds. That's it. Sorry, couldn't resist sharing my menu with y'all today. At least I'm honest. Chele
