L: 4oz Albacore tuna steak (lemon and cracked pepper)
D: (will have) 3oz turkey ham, 6 or 7 fresh cut string beans with basil & garlic seasoning
Vitamins done, water going well, 2 hours at the gym

S: Two bites of coffee cake brought into the office by the devil.
L: It is 3 in the afternoon and I haven't felt like eating
, but I am about to go force some shaved turkey deli meat into me, and a few cubes of cheese.
S: Will have a Profect protein drink
D: I have no clue as of yet.

After reading today's posts I suddenly feel like a cupcake. Hmmm. Its the food of the day! Not me, today I had:
B: Joe Robb whey shake with soy, 8 blueberries and 3 strawberries - all whipped up in my new blender.
L: egg, meat from 3 slices bacon and slice american cheese
S: some few bites of turkey, peas and a cheese stick
D: eggy part of quiche and slice american cheese
I'm still at the low end of my protein so I'll probably have something later - it wont be cheese.
Vitamins - done
water - about 70 oz so far

B-protein shake @48g of protein...WOOHOO, go me, I am doing good this morning.
L-carne asada meat and a few spoons of navy beans.
D-more carne asada meat, no beans.
S-planning on having another protein shake or some sf pudding with protein added.
