Our dietician says to go by our weight. She says to multiply our weight by .2 for the minimum, .3 for average, and .4 for the maximum. I try to aim for above 90 grams daily. On the weekends I slack a lil bit. I now eat 4 times a day with one of those being a shake. Janet how do you get in 120 grams? I know it can be done, but was just wondering if you drink a lot of shakes or if most of it is by food.
