Good evening I am so sorry I am posting this so late. I have been so busy today. My washing machine broke today so I had to go to the laundrymat to wash clothes. It was crowded and it took forever. I also had to go to walmart and noticed the jeans were marked down to $5.00. So I just HAD to get a few pair. Mine are falling off of me. I got all size 24's. They are a little snug but 26 was too big. I cant believe I am almost in a 24. Anyway, Here is my menu... B~Power crunch bar L~ 8 whole cashews D~Grilled chicken salad from Applebees. I got half order and ate all the chicken and half the salad. S~Protein shake Vitamins: done Water: 40 oz Exercise: running around doing stuff. Kay

ALMOST a 24! I'm so happy for you Kay! you're gonna pass me up! I'm gonna have to stop my Wally world to see if we have the same deals, any particular section????? The jeans are on the clearance rack. They have plain jeans and jeans with the really cute designs on them. They also marked down the denim capri's. If I knew I wasn't going to continue to loose weight, I would of bought more. I just got excited because I have not been able to fit in a pair of walmart jeans in a long time. Kay

Okay today has been terrible with eating for me!!! B-nothing L-about a cup of spaghetti sauce with deer burger and 1/4 cup of shell pasta. Hello I have not been posting on here because I thought I have been eatting way to much. I have to eat more to get my protein in and I hate it. I feel full all the time now, which is not bad, but it makes me worry I am eatting to much. So here I am telling B~ 1 egg, slice toast L~4 oz chicken, tomatoes (grape 4), lettus, 10 sprays of wish bone salad spritzers (italian) S~ 4 oz chicken, Sauce (homemade) D~ 4oz chicken, Sauce, Mozz. cheese 33 oz water 20oz sf koolaid 33 oz tea Vits. done exer: I will before bed

You are NOT eating too much! What does your nutritionist or doctor say about the amount you are eating? Just because some people eat a mere 300 calories a day and survive on that, doesn't mean everyone can or has to! I think the general consensus is anywhere between 800-1200 calories a day seems to be in range for this period of time "out". As for me, I am to eat 4 ounces of food 6-8 times a day and focus on protein first, aiming for 80 gms a day. You seem as if you are doing FINE! Keep up the good work! Chele

Chele hon***(since u cant see me, I am smiling and Im tone of voice is cheerful, Im not being hateful...lol)*** but my doctor tells be to stay below 700 cals a day. My point Melissa is.....all doctors are different, follow your plan and you will be fine. If you look around at these posts you will see we are all eating different amounts.
