What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Which...is why I asked Melissa what her doctor says is right for her...and if she has asked him.
Just giving another view. Most people who post in this thread, at least from what I have noticed, eat very little in terms of calories. I didn't want Melissa to feel that she is eating too much just because she doesn't compare to someone who eats as you say, under 700 cals. I have had people email me and tell me that they too feel that they eat too much, compared to others on the board...yet they are following their doctor's guidelines.
As I have always said, we're ALL different. It's okaaaay.

hot tea for my meds
B protein drink (30 grams protein-skim milk, egg, protein powder, yogurt)
S none
L 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat) with unsweetened pineapple (30 grams protein) over an hour
S none
D 2 boiled eggs and 6 wheat thins
vitamins, iron, B12, calcium and 72 grams of protein
2 and 3/4 litres of water
1/4 mile walk (hips were hurting)
