Here is my menu..
B~Low carb slim fast shake
S~6 whole cashews
L~1/2 a Wendy's chili with cheese and 1 french fry
D~Low carb slim fast shake
S~2 SF popsicles
I ran out of protein yesterday so I found the slim fast in the pantry. 20 grams of protein per can so I just settled for them til my protein comes in tomorrow.
