Good Afternoon Ladies ~*TGIF*~ How is everyone doing today? I'm great. I didn't do anything exciting today except clean house and me and my parnter cleaned our carpet. So, what is everyone gonna do this weekend? Anything exciting? Well It's calling for rain here so we don't know if our trip to the lake to BBQ and fish will be ruined for Saturday. Sunday we are going to church, dinner and a movie for mothers day. Anyway~ Here is my menu.. B~Low carb slim fast shake L~2 oz Tuna w/ 1 tsp. of FF mayo and 1 tsp of relish. S~SF popsicle D~Lettuce topped with ground turkey seasoned with taco seasoning, black beans, cheese, onions, FF sour cream and lil taco sauce. ( Mostly meat and a lil of everything else) Water: 25 oz so far Vitamins: iron left for bedtime Exercise: will walk a mile after dinner. Have a Fabulous Weekend!!! Love you all, Kay

Hi Kay, Sounds like a nice & relaxing day today. I think I'm coming down with a cold or something because I'm tired & my body acks. After work tonight just some rest. Tomorrow shopping w/my mom & Sunday going to her house for mothers day. B-nothing L-Salad w/chicken, cheese, mushroom, tomato & FF Raspberry vinagrete (sp) Few bites grapes, pineapple & mandarin oranges D-4 pieces of Sushi Vitamins: Check Water: 16 ounces so far Have a good weekend, Carly

HI everyone, This is my first post on "What's on YOUR menu". I have been comparing some things that I eat and things that other people eat and I feel like I'm going to make fail at this. I know that I can eat totally wrong, but my surgeon had me eating normal foods on my second week post-op. But here goes: B:Nothing L: 1/2 slice of pizza & 2 chicken wings D: Asian salad 32 oz tea 16 oz water Vitamins:take at bedtime Exercise: Played with son outside Have a wonderful weekend & HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for posting, Octavia! It sounds like your doing fine with your food. The only thing my surgeon says is a no no is skipping meals especially breakfast. Congratulations on the weight loss! Kay

B: South Beach Chocolate Protein Breakfast Bar S: AchievOne Mocha Java L: Pimento cheese w/ a few South Beach whole wheat crackers S: a few nuts D: Shrimp w/ veggies Stir Fry Exercise: 20 minutes on bike in am, so far Vitamins, Calcium, and B-12 in Water: 64 oz. so far 337/264/150

I was so excited yesterday because I made it to my first 50 lbs lost!! However today I'm not doing well...I've been sooooo hungry. B: 1/2 of a slimfast high protein bar (choc chip) L: not only 1, but 2 rice cakes with p-nut butter & sf jelly---can't believe that I ate 2 whole rice cakes!! I usually only have 1 and that fills me up. D: 1 whole slice of pizza (just cheese, no other toppings) Way toooo many carbs and fat. Well, tomorrow is another day. I really want to be down by 75 or 80 lbs by Aug 19. I have a wedding to go to. I'd better start being better than this. Kathy

hot tea to take my meds B protein drink (30 grams)-skim milk, 1 egg, protein powder, blueberries S none L 1 cup low fat cottage cheese with SF pineapple, crushed, eaten over an hour(30 gr protein) S 6 almonds D steamed asaparagus from the garden S protein bar (Atkins, peanut butter chocolate, one of the few tolerable protein bars that Ive tasted) vitamins, B12, calcium, iron working on my 2nd litre of water Nancy B

Hi there Kay!! I hope your day was great!! Mine was really fun today. well here goes....if I can remember right B-a dannon light and fit sugar and carb concious smoothie..berries and cream L-some sausage and tomato D-2 very small pieces of pizza, one with ham and tomato and the other with sausage and pepperoni...homemade of course ;) S-another tiny piece of sausage and pepperoni pizza. water-about 60 oz so far vitamins before bed calcium before bed exercise....was wiggling all over the place today cleaning, cooking,and cleaning some more, and then playing with the 9 kids running around the house Steph
