Good Evening How is everyone doing? I'm enjoying this beautiful Saturday afternoon. I hope everyone else is too. Here is my menu.... B~Protein shake L~1 Med. fried egg cooked in pam w/ a 2% slice of cheese on top D~Turkey and cheese roll up S~Protein shake Fitday totals.... Calories: 510 Fat: 14 Carbs: 17 Protein: 80 Water: 38 oz so far Vitmains: almost done Exercise: None. Have a nice evening Kay

B: crustless quiche S: protein bar L: Pimento cheese w/ South Beach Whole Wheat Crackers & SF Cream Popsicle S: a few nuts and 1 c CC Chocolate Milk D: Shrimp w/ veggies S: Chocolate Protein Pudding Water: done Vitamins: done along w/ calcium and B-12 Protein: done Exercise: 30 minutes cardio, arm weights, sit-ups, and leg lifts

Sorry , Late again! but I need to do this to keep track of myself B ~ 2 oz grilled chicken L ~ 2 oz grilled chicken D ~ 4 oz of chicken LOL Had to get it in S ~ 3 pepronie (sp, Sorry can not spell) the big ones
