What's on YOUR menu for Sunday?
~*HAPPY MOTHERS DAY*~
I hope everyone is enjoying the day. I just got home from church and came home to change clothes. We are on the way out the door so I'm posting early.
I see that everyday more and more people have stopped sharing their menus and stopped posting on the board. Is this post becoming old and boring? Should I stop?
My menu...
B~1/2 a scrambled egg with cheese, 1 peice of turkey bacon, few bites of wheat toast and 1 strawberry.
L~Protein shake
D~I'm going out to dinner so I'm not sure. Probably seafood. I'll post it later
Water: 20 oz so far
Exercise: none
Vitamins: almost finished

B: 6oz water/1/2 myoplex packet
L: the insides of a chicken salad wrap at Arbys
D: Not sure yet..when Nick get's home I think we are going to go out somewhere
Vitamins done, no gym today (I'm in pain from yesterday still), not doing so hot on water.

Ok here is my dinner...
We ended up going to TGI Fridays for dinner. I wanted Red Lobster but the line was LONG.
D~ 1/2 Grilled Bourban chicken breast, 1 steamed broccoli stalk and 1/2 a salad w/ lite ranch
S~A medium SF chocolate dipped pretzel rolled in nuts. OMG, I am so happy my partner only brought me one. This was tooo good.

I never play...i'm a lurker really...and today's been a bad day to start but here goes:
B - 2 sausage links and half an egg
S - 1/2 a piece of homeade coconut pie (It's awful I know...but so darn good)
D - Shrimp and Broccoli sound good (I work nights so my schedules a little off!)
Water: 30 oz maybe
Exercise: none
Vitamins: none
I'm struggling today, but all of ya'll are an inspiration, Thank you!

Please don't stop posting! Ok, I am a day late but I was bad yesterday and I am going to tell it all LOL. My DH and I went to his moms and made her breakfast ( with his brother and sister).
B ~ 2 table spoons of scrambled eggs, small sausage pattie, 2 slices of bacon and a 2 bites of DH's toast (yep I ate all that)
L ~ 3 grape tomatoes, 2 bites of grilled chicken, & 1 roll
S ~ 10 chips (yep told you I was bad)
D ~ 1/4 cup Steak, 2 table spoons of Mash pot., 1 dinner roll, & a small bite of cholo. cake ( no bigger than, 2" by 1" but boy it was sooooooo good)
It was not a great food day, but it was only one day! Today is a better day already
