What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Good Evening Ladies.
How is everyone doing today? I'm fine. Today is my clean up and laundry day so thats what I did. I didn't have much to day so I just relaxed most of the day, walked and played in my plants and garden.
I hope everyone had a nice Mothers day!! I sure did.
Ok, come out of lurk mode and share you menu with everyone. It doesn't matter if you had the perfect eating day or you slipped a couple times.
Here is my menu...
B~Protein shake
L~4 oz Carb and sugar control yoguart
D~ 1/4 C. chicken salad made from leftover chicken breast, ff mayo, onion, relish and HB egg on lettuce.
S~4 oz Chocolate CC milk w/ a scoop of vanilla protein
Vitamins: done.
Water: 24 oz so far
Exercise: 20 minute walk this morning and on the way to walk a mile.
So how did you do???

Hi Kay and everyone!!
Since I am 5-7 hours ahead of ya'll I can post first today as my meals are over.
I flew last night, skipped the airplane breakfast.
S:Luna bar enroute from airport to hotel
L: protica (took 10 of them with me on the trip)
D: A hamburger with an egg on it - ate the egg and a few bites of the beef. And four skinny french fries.
Went out and met an old flame for a few glasses of wine.
S: Ate a few more bits of the burger and a slice of cheese.
I have had over 100 oz of water - add in a few glasses of wine...somehow I dont think that counts towards my water intake.
I chugged water the whole way over. Am not really hungry.

Another day of work - the kids at the high school are getting wilder by the day! The seniors think they're already done for the year. Running to pick my son up from football practice (which would only happen in the Spring in Deep East Texas) and then back to school to Athletic Boosters meeting!
B: South Beach Breakfast Protein Bar
S: AchievOne Cappucino & a few nuts
L: Pimento Cheese w/ South Beach Whole Wheat Crackers
S: 1 c CC Chocolate milk, later 1/4 reduced fat Velveeta/Rotel dip w/ Soy Chips
D: 1/2 Schwan's Chicken Cordon Bleu
Water: 64 oz. so far
Vitamins & B-12: in
Calcium: in
Exercise: 30 minutes cardio + arm weights, sit-ups and leg lifts + up and down big, long flight of stairs at school

Sounds like you had a relaxing day. It was rainy & cold here today. My weekend was nice, relaxing. Here's my menu:
B-nothing
L-Carb & Sugar control smoothi (7 oz) 1/2 c. of tropical fruit from the can
D-1/2 of grilled chicken, 1/4 c. of green beans, salad & small piece of garlic toast
Water: 32 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check

Hi there everyone....sorry if I dont post much the next few days, I guess I am in a bit of a slump.
B-scrambled egg with cheese
L-barbacoa....mexican beef dish, and a little macaroni salad
S-carb control yogurt 7oz
D-another carb control yogurt
S-some beef jerkey about 3 oz
water is ok
vitamins before bed.
exercise was some walking around the hospital shadowing a phlebotomist on her rounds.
