Good Evening
How is everyone today? I'm fine. I'm on my way for a while so I'm here a lil early.
Alright its time to share what you have ate today.. The good, the bad and the ugly
Here is my menu...
B~Nothing
L~Protein shake
S~Q smart bar
D~Baked Chicken leg without skin and salad w/ cheese, cucumbers and FF ranch
Water: 30 oz so far
Exercise: Going to the park to walk now.
Vitamins: Done except iron I take at bedtime.

Hi Kay,
Enjoy your walk at the park, it is cool here today to get outside. It suppose to warm up again next week though. Here is my menu:
B-nothing
L-Carb & Sugar control smoothie, 4 pieces of celery
D-1/2 of dinner from PF Changs. Scallops, green peas, leeks & garlic.
Vitamins: Check
Water: 32 ounces so far

I'm a little tired myself today, I worked hard today for some reason. Here's what I ate today.
B: 1/2 sausage biscuit
L: salad and fruit
D: baked chicken and salad
48 oz of liquids so far
No exercise (may get my shout on at church)
Vitamins: take at bedtime

Hey Miss Kay,
I am trying to get back in the swing of things
B - protein latte
L - 1/2 tuna salad on 100% wheat toast
D - 7/8 of a LARGE _ YES _ LARGE Wendy's Chili
S - almonds and one gummy thingy
fluid - 30 or so
not a vitamin in my system
exercise was taking care of the kids and house work
