What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?

Hi!
Rainy day here but a good one overall.
B: the best cheddar omlet ever, I ate half
S: chicken from inside a sandwich and a few bites of avocado
L: (hotel tapas) few bites of duck rollup until I tasted the sugar in the sauce. Most of a half of cheese enchalada which was mostly bread and some diced cucumber/tomatoes.
S: luna bar and slice of cheddar cheese
D: (my all time fave tapas restaurant) a bite of meatball, eggplant with cheese, few bites of chicken, 1/3 lamb chop, 2 glasses red wine, crust from end of bread with a bit of garlic mayo.
S: slice cheese
(I bought a package of sliced cheese from the grocery and have it in my minibar)
3 liters of water, all my vitamins and an extra b12 as that is the only thing that could get me out of bed this morning.
Have a great day!!

Hope you all have a great rest of the day. . . I just made a Sour Cream Pound Cake for an auction that stuck to the pan. I guess I'll go buy some canned icing in the morning and cover up the icky looking top! I'm going to blame my can of Pam spray, because Saturday I made an Italian Creme Cake for a bridal shower and it totally fell apart. I froze the cake layers and will thaw them out and ice and decorate the cake Saturday morning. It's gonna take a lot of icing to cover up the broken cake.
