How is everyone doing this evening? I'm just fine. I did a little shopping today and that's about it. Nothing exciting.
My menu....
B~Special K protein cereal and 5 oz CC milk
L~Protein shake
D~Baked fish and broiled shrimp
S~ Few Watermelon chunks
Water: 27 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 25 minute walk this morning and will walk after dinner

Do you feel honered to eat a cereal with the same name as you?? LOL
I thought of you!! I just made SF chocolate fudge pudding with Choc CC milk!!! I can't wait to try it tonight as a snack...I'll let you know how it turns out.

B: 1/2 granny smith apple
L: 12 small shrimp sauteed with garlic, onions, & peppers
D: 1/2 boneless chicken breast 1/4 cup steamed broccoli
Vitamins done, drinking away, 2 hours at the gym

Hi Ladies (and gentleMAN)! I'll play today because I haven't played in quite some time. And Dawn, you are too funny! Let's see...
B- 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese w/ 2 slices turkey bacon
L- 17 pepperoni w/ cheese stick, 4 oz. Carb & Sugar Control yogurt, 10 whole grain goldfish
D- hot french vanilla protein shake with a dollop of SF cool whip...heaven (plus I just didn't feel in the mood for food at this time)
S- Muscle Milk Cookie n' Cream shake...first time so wish me luck!

I'm doing good tonight, cranking away at work. I can't wait for the weekend when I can go shopping.

L-4 ounces of Carb & Sugar Contol Yogurt Smoothie & 1/4 c. of Canned fruit
D-1 meatball & a salad w/italian ranch dressing
S-2 bites SF Vanilla Almond Bark Candy
Vitamins: Check
Water: 40 ounces so far
