Mile Stone!

Hi All, Guess what I am NOW under the 200 lbs. range at 199 l bs.!!!!! I cant believe it I haven't seen the numbers under 200 since 1995. I have went from 26's to 18's in 4 months 3x to 1xl in shirts , 50DD to 44D, and undies was 14 to 8's. Debra

That is so cool, I can see that in my near future too. I keep feeling like it is all going to stop and I will never make it. So congrats to you for making it there. I too have gone from a 26 to 18, it is wonderful. I don't remember ever wearing 18s. Keep up the good work.
