I'm just now eating dinner anyway (10pm ) B: Skipped L: Wendy's chicken spinach salad (ate chicken, egg, bacon, and 2 bites of lettuce. used 1/2 pack RF ranch) S: String cheese D: shrimp with garlic and old bay My totals: Cals: 457 Fat: 19 Carbs: 8 Protein: 62 Vitamins done, water going good, 2 hours at the gym Dawn

Ok It is time for me to start posting my meals! B- Protein powder mixed with 8oz milk and 24 oz of coffee. @ 20grams protein L-2 cheese sticks 18 Grams protein S- 1 cheese stick 9 grams protein D-1 scrambled egg with cheese Protein? s-one half of hard boiled egg and a pickle I am getting all my vitamins in and I drank a total of 72 ounces of liquid! ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Hi Kay!! I've actually had food to tell you about! I hate when I can't post lol!!! B- one Egg from Jack with some cheese- not good for Pookie lol L- Insides of a regular Chicken Pita... chicken, tomatoes and cheese- I did sneak some pita- oh yummy! D- Gonna try the South Beach supreme pizza- 29 grams of protein baby! lol!!! Water: Oh yeah baby! Exercise: Jack Vits: Um, where's that B-12? lol! Good job on the dress Kay! I wish out Fashion bugs were that awesome! There are the prom dresses- but they're sleeveless Have fun with the bling- just go to Claire/Icing and pic up some "diamonds" that are cheap!
