Good Evening Ladies and Gents How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I went out of town today to a pride festivle in the park. We had a great time chillin under a huge shade tree with our blanket, cooler and listening to the different bands. How did you spend your Saturday? My menu~ B~Protein shake L~Grilled BBQ chicken leg S~3 nacho's w/ cheese D~Broiled shrimp S~Protein shake Water: 50 oz so far Exercise: Walking through the park Vitamins: on track Enjoy the rest of your weekend Kay

Hey guys! I usually lurk but want to play today. I work nights so We'll start with the afternoon snack since i slept til 4. S - 4oz NSA rice pudding D - 6 triscuits w/ some homemade chicken salad. S - I'll probably have some cheese around 4am Water: None yet...EEK! But will work on that Exercise: Again, none. Vitamins: At least i'm doing something right. Have a good night! Aileen

Hey Kay!!! Sounds like you had a great day! I spent the day getting my house cleaned and back in order. I did all the laundry (it was all over the house when I got home from the hospital). Now I am watching the race. I cooked a big dinner and put it up for leftovers for tommorrow. B- I didn't have any! Unless you count 10oz of water! L- I had 3-4 nachos with cheese (copied your snack!) D- I made homemade chicken and dressing (chicken had been in crockpot all day!), butterbeans and turnip greens. I ate more chicken and a bite or two of my dressing and 2 butterbeans and a spoonful of the turnip greens!! Now, I have leftovers for tommorrow. DH is baking a marble cake with chocolate icing!!! I told him to bake it so I wouldn't have any temptations!! Water: 50 oz so far too and 10 oz of OJ lite Exercise: walking the neighborhood (still not well enough to go back to the Y) Vitamins: Taken 2 vitamins and my subq B12 Enjoy the rest of your weekend!! Hey Julie Your dinner sounds delicious. I haven't had any turnip greens since Thanksgiving. Now I want some! Friday afternoon, we went to the lowes motor speedway and walked around and looked at all the vendors. It was THOUSANDS of race fans camping in tents, RV's, grilling and just walking around in their race gear. They were having so much fun! I'm not a race fan but my partner is. We go to the nascar parade every year and walk the streets of uptown when they have the nascar festivle. Do you ever come?? Kay

Hi Kay~ I did a coin drop for our church today...we are raising money for our mission trip to Jamaica (DH is going...not me ) We raised $850 in 4 hours!! My menu~ B: 1/2 myplex shake made with 6 oz water L: tuna salad from Subway (ate tuna, one slice of tomato, and a couple bites of lettuce and red onion) D: grilled chicken (shredded) with fried onions My totals: Cals: 426 fat: 10 Carbs: 15 Protein: 69 Dawn

Hi Kay! Sounds like you had a nice Saturday! B- nada L- insides of Fajita chicken- chicken, cheese and tomato D- Yogurt and Cottage Cheese S- a bit of Foster Farms no sugar added ice cream- tasted like heaven!

I slept in today...wont even tell you how late! but I dreamt all night and didnt get a restful sleep til around 8 am. I still got alot done though..Refining a detaioled agenda for a 4 day provincial conference that Im chairing in 2 weeks now that our annual charity dinner auction is finished..we made $4300.00 for the local shelter for abused women! hot tea to take my meds! B protein drink...30 grams protein S none L 1 cup cottage cheese w/ crushed unsweetened pineapple...30 grams S piece of cheese 6 grams of protein D egg salad (2 eggs) 13 grams protein S protein drink (Atkins ADvantage) 15 grams protein 94 grams protein 2 litres water vitamins, iron, B12, calcium, omega capsules walking..but not enough Nancy B

B: South Beach Protein Bar L: 2 Pimento cheese w/ asparagus tarts (tiny ones), 1 1/2 crackers with 1 Tbsp. Spinach -Artichoke dip and 2 tsp. ham/cream cheese cheese ball (was at a shower), and 1/4 cup low fat/low sugar strawberry soup S: South Beach crackers w/ pimento cheese D: 1/2 chicken enchilada S: 1 1/2 cups egg drop soup S: 1 c CC Chocolate Milk I didn't get in all my protein today from being thrown off-track w/ being at this shower or several hours. Hello Sorry I am so late, I was out all day yesterday. Did a little shopping and a lot of riding. LOL B ~ egg & 2 slices of bacon (1/2 of the top of a crossaint (SP?)) L ~ inside of a taco D ~ 2 slices of bacon, 4 slices of tomato Not sure what we will be doing today but I hope it is fun, Melissa
