Good evening How is everyone enjoying this beautiful Sunday afternoon? I went to church this morning then went shoe shopping. I need dress shoes for a wedding and more tennis shoes. My 10's are now slipping off my feet. I started out wearing a 11. Today I bought size 9 1/2. We just finished cooking burgers on the grill and on the way to go fishing at the lake for a while. Ok, enough of my day. How did you spend your day?? My menu~ B~ Med. scrambled egg w/ a pinch of cheese L~ Grilled hamburger w/ onion, cheese, FF mayo and mustard. I used 2 lettuce leaf's instead of a bun. YUMMY!! D~Protein shake S~ Probably SF Popsicle or few watermelon chunks if I want something. Water: low but I'm still sipping Vitamins: on track Exercise: shopping and will walk while steph. fishes Have a good day Kay

Kay, it always seems that you have a lot of fun and relaxing times! I went to church and Sunday School, then out to eat w/ my son, mom, stepfather, and niece after church. B: Blueberry Crumb Cake Low Carb Protein Bar (tasted good, but made me nauseated, even w/ 1 gram of sugar) S: AchievOne Cappucino L: 2 grilled shrimp w/ pepper and jack cheese 3 tortilla chips and picante sauce, 2 TBSP. refried beans and one little piece of beef fajita meat S: CC chocolate Milk (1 cup) D: Low fat Seafood Bisque my son & I are making Water: 40 oz. so far + CC Chocolate milk - have a few more cups of water to go! Vitamins & B12 in Exercise: 30 minutes on my bike + sit-ups, leg-lifts, and arm workout w/ weights

Went to my mother's today. Hadn't seen her for a few weeks. B~12oz V-8 L~1/3 sonic grilled chicken wrap. S~Sm dish ice cream no more ice cream for me! D~Nada S~1/2 cup nuts Fluids 92oz Vitamins in Calcium in Hazel

Hey Kay! My day has been sooo busy, plus its raining!!!! B- nada L- eggs and bacon mixed together S- 3 fritos D- Crock Pot Beef and Asparagus, yummmm! I can't wait to eat!
