Protein question
I used the cappucino by Elite this morning. I usually use the cappucino by Nectar. To me, the nectar taste better.
When I use matrix choc. protein, I make a paste with the protein first. Spoon the protein in a cup then with a little warm water, stir it til its like a paste. Then add the ho****er. That really does help with it from curdling.
The elite didn't clump or curdle this morning. I heated the water on the stove but cut it off right before it started boiling. Then stired in 2 tsp. of instant coffe then added the protein.
I have read on the main board that protein will break down for several different reasons. I remember one was because of tempature and the other was from letting the protein sit too long. Most of the containers say to drink right away.
I need to investigate more on this so I can make sure I'm getting this info correct.
