What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Hi All~
I'm going to stand in for Kay today. I'm about 20 mins early but I already know what I am going to eat so I figured, "What the heck, the earlier I post the more replies I'll get!!" ((Please prove me right))
My menu~
B: Light String Cheese Stick
L: 3 Broccoli florets, 8 pieces small shrimp, 3oz blackened tilapia (last night's leftovers)
D: 4oz eggbeaters & 3 slices Canadian VEGGIE Bacon
Vitamins done, water is a secret until midnight, 2 hours at the gym
My totals~
Cals: 336
Fat: 5
Carbs: 6
Protein: 65

B- some chai tea about 8 oz
L- cup of chili and some cheese added.
D- nothing yet, probably a hamburger patty grilled
water is so so, I have had about 24 oz so far, but it is still early.
vitamins before bed.
exercise was walking around the hospital doing my final paperwork and labs for my nw job.

Thanks Dawn!! I had a lot of time to think and reflect and things have gotten a lot better for me. I also had a lot of time to walk around Nebraska!! My parents came in this past weekend and left today to go back to Alaska for the summer so I got out there and pounded the pavement with my dad the most!! I missed you all so much and am glad to be "home".

My doctors appointment went great except my iron is a little low. I need to really find one I like. After we left, we stopped at a strawberry patch and picked strawberries.
My menu~
B~My coffee & Protein drink (33 P.)
S~ 3 sweet strawberries
L~ 1/2 a Wendy's chili and 1/3 of a side salad no dressing.
D~Grilled hamburger w/ cheese, onions, 1 tsp. of mustard and lettuce
S~ 4 oz Choc. CC milk w/ scoop of protein
Water: on track
Exercise: one mile walk
Vitamins: on track
I am off track but here is what I had
B - protein latte
L - chicken breast with sesame sauce
D - 3 mozzarella sticks ... 1 curly fry
S - 8 Salt and vinegar chips
Fluids - 40 something
Vits ok just need to take my multi when I go to bed
Exercise - 3 kids under 2, vacuumed and hand scrubbed all of the spots on my carpet and then steamed cleaned it. - Does that count.
