Yummy to my Tummy!

Thank you thank you Tiffany for recommending Luna Bars. I got ahold of some the other day and tried one yesterday.......HEAVENLY! It was a Caramel Brownie Crunch and it was just like a bakery brownie wity caramel on top. It was absolutely decedent It's the best protein bar I've tasted and I've tried a lot of them 10grams of protein and all kinds of vitamins and minerals too! So if you're looking for somethiing really tastey try a Luna Bar. They come in all different flavors even Keylime Pie. Drugstore.com has them on sale rkght now for $13.99 for a box of 15! They sound yummy. Are any of them relatively low carb?

They have: 180 calories 10g of protein 5g of fat 24g of carb 11g of sugar Not too bad And they are big. I only eat 1/2 at a time

Oooo I would love to try them, but I have noticed that 10 grams of sugar is semi-ok with my tummy 11 grams and yuck........ such a little difference, but my tummy knowss....Thanks for the post though

That's why I only eat 1/2 a bar at a time.
