What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Good Evening Ladies
How's everyones day going so far? Mine has been very relaxing. I did absolutely nothing today. Were going to a talent show later so we just stayed home and been lazy.
My menu~
LNS: 1 strawberry dipped in tsp. SF cool whip and 1 SF popsicle
B~8 oz coffee w/ 4 oz cc and scoop of protein
S~8 oz coffee w/ 4 oz cc and scoop of protein
L~ 1 String Cheese
D~Grilled hamburger patty w/ cheese, lettuce, tsp. of mustard and ff mayo
Water: 44 oz so far
Vitmains: on track
Exercise: walked this morning and will dance when we go out tonight.

Hi Kay, glad your day has been good!! I went back to the hospital for a ppd check on my arm and had some labs drawn to check my titers for MMR and hep B. Other than that I havent done much, but I want to go shopping to see if I can find any more good proteins.
B- nothing
L- a grilled cheese sandwich
D- nothing yet, not sure what I want.
S- a protein drink

Well I posted my LNS yesterday so I am free of posting one today!! (now tomorrow might be another story)
B: 4oz FF CC milk, 1/2 scoop protein, 12oz hazelnut (fully loaded) coffee
L: 1 can tuna with 2 SF pickle chips diced up in it
D: 4 broccoli florets & 12 small shrimp sauteed with garlic, ICBIN butter spray, and old bay seasoning
Vitamins done, water is much better than yesterday, 2 hours at the gym
My totals:

Fat: 5
Carbs: 8
Protein: 62

L - FF hot dog wrapped in a cornbread stick (will be having this for five more days looks like, made too many and daughter won't eat.)

Exercise: 30 minutes cardio, sit-ups, leg-lifts, work out arms w/ weights
