What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
i'm missing out on the menus because i work at night and don't see the post until the next day! but i still read them everyday!. anyhow, my menu on wednesday went like this...
b - peanut butter south beach meal replacement bar
s - light cheese string (shared with my partner - lol)
l - 93% lean hamburger patty with 12% milk cheddar cheese and some bbq sauce
d - 3 oz. sloppy joe mix made with 93% lean ground beef and 4 ritz crackers
lns - 1/2 c. raspberry jello with 2 tbs. fat free cool whip
water - 70 oz.
vitamins - done
exercise - walk + weights
i'm already more than halfway done with my day about to eat dinner and most of you only have breakfast done! i've always been as little off....
